Chef Scott Bailey founded City Farm Catering in 2015 with an objective to create a company that would earn a reputation for quality, dedication and creativity. Those objectives remain true today and has guided the growing business to become highly sought-after and well recognized in major cities across Ontario.
Prior to City Farm Catering, Chef Scott Bailey honed his craft and culinary techniques through a coveted stage at The Fat Duck, which is one of the only three-star Michelin rated restaurants in Great Britain. It was under the master leadership of Chef Heston Blumenthal that Chef Scott would gain a global perspective to propel him to the next level of his culinary journey.
Returning to his hometown of Hamilton, Chef Scott began working with the city’s best and most well-known restaurants including Ancaster Mill, Spencer’s at the Waterfront, Bread Bar, Compass Restaurant and Yolanda’s Spuntino Casa. Each served as a valuable milestone to set the infrastructure for City Farm Catering.
The future would see Chef Scott ranked Top 30 Under 30 by the prestigious Ontario Hostelry Institute and working alongside globally-acclaimed chefs including Chef Michael Stadtlander, Chef Curtis Stone and professional gourmet Carlo Petrini, Founder of the International Slow Food Movement.
Today, City Farm Catering has become synonymous with quality and resounding consensus that it is elevating the catering landscape with creativity, novelty and edge. The growing company has earned a reputation for going beyond kitchen limits and crafting experiences in unique, offsite destinations with a focus on local, fresh and regional ingredients. Meticulous attention to detail, handcrafted dishes, and a farm-to-table commitment has City Farm surpassing even the highest of standards.
As a successful and thriving business on track for significant expansion into new markets, Chef Scott is quickly becoming a staple name in the Canadian culinary landscape.
Quinn’s love for baking is evident to anyone who crosses her path and it all started at a young age, making shortbread with her beloved granny.
Since then, her passion and unquestionable skills evolved and earned her a spot at George Brown College’s Baking and Pastry Arts Management program where she underwent advanced patisserie training. The program also taught her critical management skills which are evident in Quinn’s day-to-day strategic thinking.
Following George Brown, Quinn’s talent couldn’t be ignored and she was quickly swooped up by some of Hamilton’s most reputable bakeries including Cake & Loaf Bakery and Bread Bar.
Quinn delivers more than nine years of customer relations and baking production. These skills learned in the kitchen have translated to her approach to the management of large scale events and overall organization.
Today, she is a proud member of the City Farm Catering team where she is regarded as a remarkable Operations Lead who continues to impress. She is recognized for her leadership, seamless management of events and client experiences, as well as her ability to manage and organize teams on a day-to-day basis. She is a wonderful addition to the City Catering family.
Chef Adam is on a pursuit for perfection. With an eye for detail and discerning palate, his devotion to his craft is what makes him an exceptional addition to the City Farm’s growing family.
Hailing from Pembroke, Ontario, Adam first discovered his affinity for food while cooking alongside his grandmother perfecting family recipes. Since then, he has continued on the culinary path garnering experience with some of Toronto’s top destinations for food and culture including The Liberty Group, Mercatto, and Oliver and Bonacini.
With a strong sense of curiosity and commitment to polishing his current skills, there is no doubt that Adam will rise to the challenges and opportunities that await him at City Farm Catering.

Chef Sascha cooks with soul. This self-taught, homegrown chef delivers unmatched passion, confidence and dedication to his culinary craft every day. He was welcomed by the City Farm Catering team in 2017 following his time at Berkley North Restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario.
Sascha’s dedication to his craft shows in his ability to consistently deliver a truly bold and innovative twist to signature City Farm dishes that continues to delight, guest after guest.
Surrounded by a family of home cooks and professional chefs, Chef Sascha finds inspiration from all aspects of life and from all people, particularly his cousin who he credits with fueling his intense passion for food.
Born and raised in Hamilton, he knows that the city is a thriving culinary metropolis with endless possibilities for innovation, creation and growth.
True grit defines Chef Brandon who harnessed his craft in unconventional places from the ground up until officially joining City Farm in 2019.
Chef Brandon has strong roots in Caledonia, Ontario where his parents played an integral role in his culinary development, encouraging him to explore with local ingredients and diverse cuisines.
His passion for the culinary arts was instilled by generations of passionate chefs and cooks in his family. His mother was an avid baker and his father was a firefighter who cooked regularly for an army of hungry heroes at the fire station. Even his grandfather was an executive chef in Germany before moving to Canada where he would establish his own independent restaurant.
Today, Brandon is a shining star at City Farm and regularly calls it the perfect environment where he can be part of the culinary process from conceptualization to execution, step by step. His knife skills and passion for innovation are essential and an invaluable asset to the entire team.
CHEF NICOLE MUZAR
Chef Nicole exudes an unwavering love for cooking. Instilled at a young age by her Grandmother and father, she grew up in a home where cooking was synonymous with happiness, sharing and family. As a proud Hamiltonian, Chef Nicole worked as a cook at The Ancaster Old Mill, one of the most established and sought-after restaurants in the city.
It was during her time at The Ancaster Old Mill that she would meet Chef Scott Bailey and he would become her mentor until ultimately joining the City Farm Catering family in 2016.
Chef Nicole’s passion lies in the art of hand-made recipes, specifically when it comes to classic comfort foods. She relishes in the ability to work with her hands, creating a unique product each and every time. Because of this, her favourite dishes at City Farm Kitchen are the Fried Arancini and the Dumplings.
